Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We will make every effort to ensure your purchases are shipped as soon as possible. We try not to list items that are displayed in our store to eliminate the possible chance that the same item is purchased by two different people (at store and on website). Most items we will ship UPS, other methods are available, if you don't see your preferred shipping method you are welcome to call us and ask. If we can't deliver your item to the shipping company within two days we will email you with the circumstances (ie. Federal holiday, item backordered, or some other unforeseen circumstance) and an expected timeline.

Returns: Email or call us within 30 days if you want to return your item. We will refund the cost of the item(s) excluding shipping costs. If it was damaged during shipping email us a picture of the items condition, and we will either ship you another one or refund your cost. The picture will help us determine if it was damaged by the shipping company or if insufficient packaging was used.
